Far more than just a catering operation, B&TW delivers delicious character to events in California’s Central Coast region. Our impeccably restored 1951 Ford F6, customized with reclaimed wood and stylish details, provides built-in ambiance for any occasion. The minute the truck rolls up, a warm, inviting, unique ambiance is created. Our Valoriani wood-fired oven allows us to create exceptional eats right before your eyes. The truck carries beer on tap, and premium wines come along for the ride. We aim to please and are sure to serve up a memorable culinary experience.

A staff of 3-9 (depending on your event’s size/needs) is included in our pricing. We cook and serve unlimited gourmet pizzas for you and your guests. Food is presented buffet-style on our stylish reclaimed wood serving tables (or alternate location of your choice). Upon request, we provide disposable plates, paper products, and utensils. We come prepared to cook, set up, and serve so that you can focus on your guests and on enjoying the occasion while we take care of the rest!

B&TW is ideal for all types of event catering, from relaxed gatherings to elegant weddings. Unique and dapper, the truck brings a touch of class, one-of-a-kind atmosphere, great photo ops, and absolute deliciousness to all occasions.

B&TW is designed to roll up, set up, and serve up exceptional dining experiences with the greatest of ease. We arrive 1-3 hours prior to your start time, depending upon the logistics of the event. The brick oven is fired up and beautiful reclaimed wood tables are unfolded and arranged to create a stylish serving area. Our professional staff preps, cooks, and manages sips and eats as you and your guests enjoy a memorable gathering. At the conclusion of our service, we break down and clean up our service materials and equipment.

We provide fantastic fare to small and large (up to 200+ guests) gatherings.

Our oven and cooking space are covered, allowing for us to operate even if it is raining. The truck can be moved to an alternate/dry location at the event site and/or serving tables may be set up indoors if space is available.

The truck is 22 feet long, and 8 1/2 feet wide. An area of approximately 15 feet x 22 feet of relatively flat outdoor space is needed for our setup. The area must be accessible for a vehicle of moderate size. We are happy to work with you to evaluate potential sites and to create workable arrangements.
